Just provide us with a topic, some detail on why you think it should be covered, and whether you think it should be a ViewPoint or a White Paper. To clarify:
– A ViewPoint topic is normally a few pages long, and should address a current issue in science and technology. We aim to publish 8-12 ViewPoints per year.
– A White Paper topic is longer (~20 pages), and can cover current or long-term subjects in greater detail than a ViewPoint. We aim to publish 2-4 White Papers per year.
