The new prospects for nuclear energy and the consequences these may and will have on the nuclear fuel cycle were discussed during the recent World Nuclear Fuel Cycle in The Hague.
As active member of WNA, we participate to the various working groups of WNA and particularly the Used Fuel Management working group where Luc Van Den Durpel is currently draft the roadmap on advanced fuel cycle options in the context of the new prospects for nuclear energy.
Mr. Gian-Luigi Fiorini recently being nominated to be member of the Nuclear Safety Standards Task Force in view of ensuring expertise to IAEA’s Nuclear Safety & Security Committee.
